Let us help you find what you are looking for!

The resources section of this website is designed to guide you to platforms, organizations, libraries, providers, directories, and a plethora of information that represents Anthroposophic Medicine today.

It’s not perfect, nor is it comprehensive. We are working on both.

Patient Resources

  • Anthroposophic Pharmacies & Nutraceutical Research and Products

There is one compounding pharmacy in North America dedicated to manufacturing Anthroposophic medicines, Uriel Pharmacy. There is one nutraceutical research institute and producer, True Botanica. Weleda, is no longer operating in the United States as a compounding pharmacy, but their body care products are still available.

  • Our Provider Directory

Our Provider Directory is a listing of MDs and DOs who are current PAAM members and have had training in Anthroposophic Medicine.

  • Organizations

There are a number of organizations working out of Anthroposophy, in alignment with PAAM, to provide care to patients.

In 1920 Rudolf Steiner and Dr. Ita Wegman laid the seeds for the creation of a new medicine based on the developing human being. This approach, which we call Anthroposophic Medicine, looks at how the connections between education, human interaction, environment, and nutrition play into the healthy development of the whole human being. That’s over a hundred years of discussions, investigation, practice, results, research, and discovery.
