Base fee:
  • Current members of PAAM, SPAN, the Physician Mastermind Program, SIO, AIHM and the Academic Consortium are eligible for a 15% discount off of the regular registration rate of $400.
    Membership verification must be provided upon request.
  • If you attended or purchased either the 2019 or the 2020 Mistletoe & Integrative Oncology Course, you are eligible for $100 off the regular registration rate of $400.
    Prior attendance/purchase will be verified.
  • The Mistletoe & Integrative Oncology Course is designed and intended for medical practitioners who have a state license to prescribe medicines (MD, DO, ND, NP and PA). Those who wish to register but do not meet this criteria must receive prior approval from the Course Director by writing to paamdrscourse@anthroposophy.org.
